Fleisher's Grass-fed and Organic Meats is also a restaurant wholesale operation specializing solely in pasture-raised and organic meat. We carry premium beef, pork, lamb and veal from local farmers who have raised their animals primarily on a grass-based diet or according to organic standards. We usually sell our beef, lamb and pork whole or in sides, halves or quarters. We do not break our carcasses into primals.
