Fleisher's is a full-service butcher shop. Yet, because we get whole sides of beef, whole lambs and pigs we may not always have the cut you need. Please remember to order ahead so that we can better serve you. We offer all beef cuts from steak to stew. We're happy to cut meat for your recipe needs. We are experienced cooks and are happy to dispense cooking advice. Feel free to ask! Our Rhinebeck location also offers classes that range from cooking demos to wine tastings to nutritional counseling.
